Lone Star Coaches

To Our Customers,
In the past few months, we have all been through a lot. We are sure that there is no need to go into detail, life has changed for us all. We hope that as you read this, you find yourself healthy and preparing for what is next.

This letter is to simply let our customers know that; “we will be ready when you are.”

Many of our customers have come to know our high standards for safety, maintenance, and operation. We feel that these are the reasons you continue to ride with us. After 40 years of excellent service, we have renewed our commitment to you and to continue to serve in these changing times. To us, this has been an opportunity to learn and to improve our service to you.

We have updated our policies, regarding employee sick leave, cleaning procedures, and set health standards specifically for the prevention of contagious respiratory illnesses.

We have added training for all our staff. This includes all the latest guidelines on personal health and safety during both work and personal time. New facility and motor coach cleaning procedures. How to meet health screening requirements when entering the workplace, and how to deal with health emergencies.

Our cleaning crew and drivers have been given additional training on more stringent cleaning and environmental disinfecting standards. We have also added a motor coach interior cleaning process after every trip that utilizes a fogger dispersing medical grade disinfectant to help keep our motor coaches as germ free as possible.

We have added hand sanitizer dispensers at the entrance to all our motor coaches. We have equipped our coaches with health kits containing additional masks, gloves, and other supplies to help keep you safe during your trip.

We are monitoring the latest updates and most current information regarding the Coronavirus and other contagious respiratory illnesses from world, federal, state, local government, and health sources. We are also partnering with our industry associations and vehicle manufactures to stay informed of the most recent updates, products, and technology available to make travel by motor coach as safe as it can be.

Above all, is our commitment to you. To provide you with the latest information based on your destination prior to your trip. Your safety requires something of you as well, so we are asking for your help. Please inform and have your group follow these guidelines.

  1. While on your trip, maintain physical distancing as much as possible.
  2. When near to others, wear masks, covering your nose and face.
  3. Know and practice cough and sneeze etiquette.
  4. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds as much as possible.
  5. If you are sick, stay home and/or notify your group leader.
  6. Use hand sanitizer prior to entering the motor coach.
  7. Keep your seat area as clean as possible so that our staff/drivers can focus on the more critical disinfecting cleaning.
  8. Be prepared, other measures for health and safety may be required during your trip based on current conditions and your destination.

These are not rules that we want to enforce, they are guidelines that we will follow and hope that you will follow as well to keep us all safe as we travel together.

We are so thankful for all of you, our customers. After forty years, know that we consider you all, more like family. Thank you for your support. We continue to pray for you our customers, our family and friends, the workplaces of America and the world.

May we get to travel together, soon.
